Capturing the Initiative: Environmental Movement from West Halmahera with Aktivasia

When a young person in a village becomes aware of environmental issues affecting their community and takes the initiative to share information and provide training for villagers, it creates a compelling story. This is the inspiring story of Riwan, a compassionate young man from Jailolo village in West Halmahera, one of Aktivasia's alumni. He recognized the importance of protecting his village’s natural heritage and took the initiative to share valuable information and training with his fellow villagers. Through a mini-documentary, we aim to highlight Riwan’s journey and the collective effort of the community to come together and safeguard their environment in a thoughtful and engaging perspective.
